Admission Process

The academic year of the school is from April to March.
2. Prospectus and registration forms can be collected from the school counter during office hours.
3. Incomplete form without the necessary documents/information will be rejected.
4. The list of short listed candidates and date of interview will be displayed on the school notice board. Those candidates who found fail to respond on scheduled date shall forfeit their chance to get admission.
5. Decision of the school selection committee for admission would be final. Letter of recommendation or pressure from any source will not be entertained.

For Pre-Primary Classes:

Child admission will be on early bird basis and availability of the seats.

  • Nursery: Age  3+ years
  • LKG: Age  4+ years
  • UKG: Age  5+ years
  1. A small interactive session will be held with him/her.
  2. Admission will be strictly according to the age group of the child.
  3. It is mandatory to submit the Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation/ Kutumb Register at the time of admission.

For Primary Classes (I-V):

Admission requires a written English, Hindi, Maths, and EVS test.

For Junior/Senior Classes (IV onwards):

Written Test and Interview
Subjects: English, Maths, Science and Social Studies

(Note:  The entrance test will be as per the course of the preceding class of the child.)

Essential documents at the time of admission:

– Two recent passport size photographs of the candidate.

– Xerox copy of Report Card (Mark Sheet) or qualifying examination.

An original Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school is compulsorily required.

(Note: Once recorded in the school scholar register any change in the date of birth will not be accepted)

Fee Regulations:

  1. All fees must be paid within scheduled dates:

                        – 1st Installment  to be paid in between 1 to 20 July. 

                        – 2nd Installment  to be paid in between 1 to 20 September.

                        – 3rd Installment  to be paid in between 1 to 20 November.

                        – 4th Installment  to be paid in between 1 to 20 January.

  1. Collect pay-in-slip booklet from the school office on the payment of Rs.30.00 per book & fill all the details on the booklet.
  2. Fees will be deposited in bank/school counter as per school rules.
  3. The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.
  4. The school reserves the right to revise the fees keeping in view the price index and other relevant considerations. However, such revision will not take place during academic year barring exceptional circumstance.

The school reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to a candidate at its discretion as per its own criteria of admission.

Registration does not guarantee admission but it will be the subject of merit and availability of seats.
